These are predominantly 1-piece and 2-piece standard flush TOTO toilets that use a left-side tank lever and share the same internal tank geometry for the flapper and lift arm.
 
Notes:
The THU808#CP-A part replaces older TOTO lever part numbers like THU004 on many of these models.
It mounts on the left side of the tank — right-hand versions are a different part number.
Always check the tank model number inside your tank lid or on the back of the tank to be sure — the lever may not fit some specialty or dual flush TOTO models.
